Backpack Safety - The APTA has released some guidelines for parents regarding backpack safety.
 
Posterior Tibial Tendon Dysfunction (PTTD) - PTTD is a common condition affecting people with low arches and flat feet.  Dr. Kulig et al. from USC have identified a correlation between the condition and poor hip strength compared to healthy individuals.
