David B. Green, PT

Dave received his Bachelor of Science degree from California State University Northridge.  He completed a Certificate in Physical Therapy from UCLA in 1977, where he graduated with honors.  He has received extensive education and training in sports rehabilitations and orthopedic manual therapy.  His innovative protocols for the treatment of shoulder, knee and spine problems have contributed to the advancement of physical therapy science. 
Dave opened up a physical therapy clinic in Mission Viejo in 1980 with the goal of providing the highest quality therapy services for the benefit of patients, referring physicians, and payers.  Dave is also actively involved in the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA).
 
 
Scott Moncrief, DPT, COMT, CSCS     

Scott received his B.S. degree from Brigham Young University in 1996.  He completed his Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) at Creighton University in 1999, graduating Magnum Cum Laude.  During his academic and clinical training Scott focused on orthopedics and sports medicine.  He received training on the Frappier AccelerationTM System, Cybex ReactorTM protocols,and the Fast-TwitchTM isokinetic machines.  Scott is also a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association.  During his graduate training, Scott researched isokinetic testing and rehabilitation.  His article, entitled "Effect of Rotator Cuff Exercises on Humeral Rotation Torque in Healthy Individuals", was published in The Journal of Strength and Conditioning Research in 2002, and has been used by many presenters around the country for training other therapists.
Since graduation, Scott has continued his clinical education by pursuing certification in manual therapy.  He is a Certified Orthopedic Manipulative Therapist  (COMT), through the North American Institute of Orthopedic Manual Therapy (NAIOMT).  He is the only physical therapist in Orange County with this certification.
 
Ted Carter, DPT, BS

Ted received his B.S. degree from Loyola Marymount University and his Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) from Chapman University.  His clinical internships were focused on orthopedic treatment with an emphasis on manual therapy and personalized, one-on-one care.  Ted strongly believes that it is important for patients to play an active role in their recovery.  His individualized treatment plans incorporate a combination of manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and appropriate modalities that allow the greatest opportunity for patients to quickly return to their optimal level of function.  Ted is a very active person and he enjoys playing tennis for World Team Tennis (WTT) and the Unites States Tennis Associaton (USTA).  He is an active member of the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA).  Ted is very excited to be a part of our outstanding clinical team, and he looks forward to establishing himself in the medical community of Orange County.

Jonathan Yeh, DPT, OCS, CEAS

Jonathan received his B.S. degree in 2000 from UCI, where he studied Biology and minored in Psychology.  From 2000 to 2001 he was a member of the Irvine Valley College training room staff.  Jonathan then went on and completed his Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from USC in 2004. During his career he has had the opportunity to work with a wide spectrum of people, ranging from collegiate and professional athletes to everyday folks who are looking to return to their favorite activities.  He especially enjoys applying his passion for biomechanics and anatomy to formulating patient-specific treatment and exercise plans.  He ensures that patients leave their first session with a thorough understanding of their condition and how physical therapy can help them reach their goals. Jonathan's post-professional training has included a year-long series of orthopedic seminars devoted to manual therapy and advanced orthopedic clinical practice.  In 2009 he became a nationally-recognized board-certified specialist in orthopedic physical therapy (OCS).  He has been a certified ergonomic assessment specialist (CEAS) since 2004.  Jonathan is an active member of the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) and a strong proponent of the profession.  He is the clinical manager of our new San Juan Capistrano location.

 
Cindy Maul, BA, PTA

Cindy is a graduate of San Diego State University, where she earned a B. A. in Athletic Training/Sports Medicine in 1983.  Cindy received her Physical Therapy Assistant certificate from Cerritos College in 1985, graduating with honors.  Her continuing education has included hours of in-depth training in spinal stabilization, lumbar and cervical spine treatment, TMJ, shoulder, and knee rehabilitation.  She is also a certified Pilates Mat Instructor.
Cindy has worked in the field of orthopedics and sports therapy for over 20 years.  She works closely with her patients, focusing on helping therm achieve rapid recovery.

 
 
 
 
 
Michelle Cook, BS, PTA

Michelle received her B.S. in Exercise Physiology from USC in 1992.  As an undergraduate, Michelle was a member of the USC swim team, competing in the 400m individual medley and 200m breaststroke.  Sher earned her Physical Therapy Assistant certificate form Cerritos College in 1998, graduating with honors.  She has completed additional training in shoulder, knee, and spine rehabilitation.  Michelle is also a Certified Pilates Mat Instructor.  Her goal as an assistant is to work closely with her patients throughout the treatment process to ensure efficient and complete recovery.
Since 1998, Michelle has also been the office manager in our clinic.  She has extensive experience working with private insurance, companies, worker's compensation plans, Medicare, and Liens resulting from personal injuries or auto accidents.
